Left Omarama at 8 30am and headed back to Lake Pukaki and a closer view of Mt Cook again in brilliant sunshine. Stopped at Lake Tekapo for a coffee stop and a took at the Jesus the Savior church and a statue of a collie dog (in recognition of the part they played in early sheep farming).
