Temples

Margaret said I needed a little bit of culture so she took me off to Wong Tai Sin to look round the temple of Sik Sik Yuen. The air was literally thick with the smoke and aroma of hundreds of sticks of incense being burned in honour of the deity. People were making offerings of fruit and flowers and using circular boxes of sticks to predict the future. It is said that the deity will grant any wish made to him at the temple. The Garden of wishes was very tranquil and restful despite the drizzle.
