Unable to get into the Masterton site last night, we drove on through the drizzle to the isolated site on the coast at Castle Point. Our plot was right by the beach and the surf woke us early. We walked up to the lighthouse and looked back at the reef and natural lagoon. A surfers paradise. Several people were out riding the big pacific crests.
